William Bela Perley

Humble, humorous and all around great guy ! RIP

Bill Perley , a gentlemen and a individual who I will never forget and one who I will always respect and consider a friend .
I worked with Bill for 12 years at the Costco Regional office . Bill and everyone else involved put together the most dynamic and successful meat operations in North America .
It is part of his legacy along with the career changing opportunities that he guided many people on during their journeys into a fast past work environment that few if any had ever experienced .
So when you pass by the meat counter at Costco,see the meat items and the staff working there remember, Bill’s pulse still beats within that department .

I don’t need to mention Bills personality as it has been covered many times over but I will say I appreciated and felt enriched with the time we spent working together .
He was a Gentlemen and Scholar not to mention a semi baseball payer , fisherman and one hell of a good person !
It was a honor to know him . R.I.P. Bill

I was deeply saddened to hear of Bill’s passing. I shall have the fondest memories of Bill during our earliest years of working in the same office. He was truly a mensch! Rest In Peace.

I worked with Bill at Costco in the Burnaby office in the Fresh Foods Department. Bill was such a friendly person to talk to and he shared many interesting stories while having coffee in the lunch room. Bill was simply a real good person who was fun to be around and a real professional who new the meat business inside out. He was unique and admired by his co-workers who learned a lot from him. Bill is someone who you always remember after meeting him and spending time with him even after decades of not seeing him.
Thank you Bill for the great times together.

Bill was definitely a one-of-a-kind wild card. His unique laugh was truely contagious. He will be sorely missed.

Heaven has welcomed a new angel. Bill was truly one of the kindest and most caring individuals I’ve ever known. I feel fortunate to have called him a friend, even as my boss. You fought valiantly, Bill, and have now completed your journey. May you rest in eternal peace. You will be forever missed.

Bill will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was funny, warm, loving, generous, and a truly unique individual. We loved him dearly. When remembering Bill, our memories of him will always bring a smile to our faces. We will always love you, Bill!
