On August 22,2022, Randal Charles Richet, loving husband and brother, passed away peacefully in his home in  Port Hammond, Maple Ridge, B.C. after a courageous battle with cancer.

Randy is survived by his loving wife Marilyn of 45 years, his sister Bonnie (Robert), his nephew Taylor, and his brother Alexander. He is pre-deceased by his parents Helen and Eyvi Paulson and brother Calvin Braun.

Randy was known as a hard working, generous man and loyal friend.  Always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Randy's passion was living by and being on the water.  He fulfilled this by living on the banks of the Fraser River, commercial fishing and log salvaging. He will be greatly missed by his loving family, his cousins and the many good friends he made throughout his life.

Randy will be remembered with love long after his passing.

We are sincerely grateful to the many friends who have offered support and comfort during this time.

We are very sorry to hear of Randy’s passing. We often talk about the visit we had with Randy and Marilyn and how we spent the night with them on their house on the river I’m Maple Ridge…. Sipping “ice teas” and talking about his Job jar. Great memories of that visit and many other times as well. Rest In Peace Randy.
