Louise Ruth Atkinson, 41, passed away suddenly but peacefully on January 15, 2024 in Maple Ridge, BC.

She was born in Maple Ridge on March 29, 1982. She was kind hearted, creative, full of life, and always looked out for the underdog. She enjoyed helping others with volunteer work, photography, cooking, and art. Her passing is met with a great deal of sympathy by all her friends and family. She was a loving daughter, mother, and friend to many. She will be surely missed in the days to come.

She is predeceased by her grandfathers John and Ken, grandmother Ruth, great grandfather Wray, and great grandmother Norah. She is survived by her children Tegin and Emma, father Doug, stepmother Brenda, mother Laura, siblings Parker and Bridgette, step siblings Julie, Ian, and David, and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held for Louise on Friday, February 2, 2024, at 10 AM at Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel, 11969 216 Street, Maple Ridge, BC.
