With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Belinda Dawn Tober (Hambly), age 57, who passed away on December 9, 2025.

Belinda will be remembered for her feisty spirit, her casual regard for rules, and her beautiful smile.

She graduated from Windermere Secondary School in 1986 and later worked at the Canadian Warehouse Club, where she met Darryl. Together, they welcomed the two most precious gifts of her life, her daughters, Amanda and Chelsey.

After spending many hours volunteering at her daughters’ school, Belinda discovered her calling as an Education Assistant. She dedicated decades to Albert McMahon Elementary School in Mission, where she made a meaningful difference in the lives of countless children. Belinda was a fierce advocate for all the children she worked with, providing the best care each individual child needed. 

In her free time, Belinda loved attending concerts, spending time on or near the water, and cheering at sporting events. She had a deep love for animals, but her love for children was unmatched.

A memorial service will be planned in the New Year. Details will be shared at a later date.
