Ethan was born in Maple Ridge and grew up playing video games with his uncles and cousins. As a child, he played on many local sports teams including ball hockey, lacrosse, soccer and even tried a season in ice hockey and field lacrosse. He enjoyed riding his bike through trails and hanging out with his friends. Ethan had a gentle nature about him and took care of others before himself. He was a thoughtful, generous and kind hearted soul. His warmth, love and laughter filled our hearts. His beautiful smile will be missed by everyone he knew.
Ethan is survived by his mom, Susan and his father, Joel. His grandparents, Grandma Maruca, Grampa Benny & Beatriz, and Grampa Neto. Auntie Mel, Teresa, Kiana, Karen and many honorary aunts out there. Uncles Chris, Marcello & Brent. Cousins Braeden & Lynden

Miss you everyday you were my lil bro my 'son' cause I always thought you and Abby would get married one day. I know you are with Jesus and don't have a worry to think about but here in earth it's not the same without your beautiful demeanor and thoughtful soul. You were my best friend and had been there for me though so many things. Watching you grow into the man you were becoming was the most amazing gift! I know we will meet as again some day as I believe w had met before untill then remember I'll never forget you and every day you bring a smile to my face they say the good die young and it's true you really are one of the truest of the true souls to walk the earth and the mark you made will never be washed away you will live on forever and day! My most sincere love and kindhearted wishes to your family who raised such am amazing human being they are the most special people to have made you I say prayers for them often. Wow Iβm shocked. I just learned of Ethans passing today. Iβm so sorry Susan & Joel. Iβm so sorry. I have wonderful memories of Ethan as a little boy , full of energy , always smiling. Such an affectionate kid.
You were such kind and generous neighbours. Ive missed you over the years. I have no words.
My heart goes out to you both and to all those who loved Ethan.
May he have peace and clarity in Gods Kingdom.
