My sincere condolences on the loss of a beautiful lady and very important member of your family. As a volunteer at Hospice I was blessed to have met Ella in her final days. She was so sweet and gentle. I had the honour of walking out with her with our quilt. You had a very special lady in your family. RIP sweet Ella.

I first met Ella over 33 years ago when I shopped at the 207th st Overwaitea, (now Save On) store and she was a demo girl then!! When I Started working at the Valley Fair Save On Foods I enjoyed working with her and sharing stories of family and getting helpful advice on many things! Ella was always there for us and shared hugs all the time! Ella was an inspiration to us all and a trooper to the end of her long and fulfilling life! She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered forever in our hearts! xox Sincere condolences to your family Iris, and thank you for your call...it meant a lot to me to hear from you! All the best to you! xox

We were fortunate to have Ella as a neighbour for 17 years. She was such a wonderful and caring person, always ready to lend a helping hand, offer advice, and so generous with her excellent baking and gardening produce. She indeed had a kind spirit. She adored her family and talked about them all the time with such pride. I feel we were blessed to have had her in our lives -- both as a neighbour and a dear friend. May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. Our deepest sympathy to you all.

I met Ella when I started work at Save-on Foods in 2004. She was a delightful and fun lady. We had many chats. I last saw her a couple of years ago in the mall by SOF. She looked so good, and she remembered me. A huge hug was shared. I was just thinking about her, and was wondering how she was.
I send you my sincerest condolences for the loss of a very special and spunky woman.
