Clive Richard Tulloch Cook

February 12, 1950 – June 22, 2018

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Clive at Ridge Meadows Hospital following a lengthy illness. Survived by his loving family, wife Christine, son Richard and daughter Hayley. His mum Maureen, brother, Neil and sisters, Tracey, Vanessa and Kim, and many other family and friends. Memorial Service to be held Thursday, July 5th at 1:00 PM at the Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel (Osborn’s), 11969-216th Street. In lieu of flowers, donations to Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation, would be greatly appreciated.
