My condolences to the family. I have been a friend of Sandy's since we were young mother's, neighbours and teammates. Our daughters were born a few weeks apart and I have so many memories of the fun times we shared. We stayed in touch over the years, and would get together when she was in Ontario or I was in BC. We spoke often on the phone, as recently as a week before she passed. To say I was shocked and saddened by her passing is an understatement. I will always remember her infectious laugh, and the crazy things we did together. So many memories. She was a special friend and person....
