It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Margo Makela, at McKenney Creek Hospice in Maple Ridge, BC.

Beloved wife of almost fifty years to Matti, and adored mother to her only daughter, Michelle.

She is survived by her two brothers and their families,  Ian (of Scotland) and Jim (of the USA) as well as Matti's  
family in Finland.

Margo made friends easily, and will be remembered for her kindness and generosity. She was a lovely wife, mother and friend and will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, please give a donation to the Maple Ridge Hospice Society.

A private gathering will be held at a later date.
