Lewington, Patrick William John

Passed away peacefully on Dec. 28, 2020 at the age of 91. He is predeceased by his first wife Dorothy and second wife May and son Micheal. Survived by loving family; daughters Ann (Jim), Leslie (Fred), son Kevin (Stacey); granddaughters Deanna (Todd), Stacey (Kraig); grandsons David (Carey), Mathew (Janelle), Joey (Jen) and 9 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. A special thank you the staff in the Care Centre at Chartwell Willow.
