Grayson Yuen

April 17, 1965 ~ September 13, 2021 (age 56)


Grayson Alden Yuen, 56, of Port Coquitlam, passed away on September 13, 2021, after battling kidney failure and an extended hospital stay that ended in heart failure.


Grayson was born on April 17th, 1965 to Tong and Dorothy Yuen in Wolseley, SK. Grayson grew up in Port Moody and attended Moody Middle School and Moody Senior Secondary, where he made many lifelong friends.


In December of 2001, he met Dawn and they were married in March of 2002. Together Grayson and Dawn raised two sons, Anthony Hiatt and Thai Yuen.


Those who knew Grayson knew that he loved Harley’s, cars and fishing. Grayson was also an animal lover.


Grayson was predeceased by his eldest brother Stanley, his fur babies Panther (cat) and Zepplin (cat). He is survived by his wife, Dawn, his sons Anthony and Thai, his mother Dorothy, his father Tong, his brother Lester, his brother Kevin and his sister Deanna. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. All of whom he loved very much.


Services will be held at Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel on October 1, 2021, with viewing at 11:00 am and service to follow at 11:30 am.
