All our love & condolences from the other Forester family. I first met Bet,Leland,& kids asa new born 49 years ago. My parents Lorne & Susan took me out for the first time to Stanley Park to have a family picnic ( recorded in my baby book) they were much closer than cousins, we have an interesting family tree. They were my godparents, my parents couldn't have trusted them more. We lived so close back in 70's on up & would have family get togethers as often as possible. Such great memories. Always laughing & so generous & loving. They will be missed always. They're in good hands now & catching up with my Mom. My Dad misses them very much. All our love to Jason, Drew & their families. Xoxo

Dearest Mom in heaven,

Today, we celebrate your birthday. We also celebrate your life. It is hard not to be sad as we miss you terribly. We will reflect on everything you gave us since the day we were born. You were always there for us no matter what. I still talk to you when I feel down or troubled. I find peace and inspiration.

Growing up, and I know I speak for Jason, my other sibling, we had a fabulous journey with you and Dad. We learn't that hard work, honesty and love for your family will be your best life currency. We saw how hard you worked taking it to the max every day. We learnt, money is secondary and that family unity is priceless.

Your siblings, always there for them as well. We miss them all. Especially Aunty Dena. We saw while growing up, your generosity as well as Dad's. We stand for those life values of which you taught us. Aunty Dena was like a second mother to us, her native Penticton BC, our second home. Many great memories growing up.

Like most, families have struggles. Your generosity in helping family even when times were tight financially for our family; you always found a way to bring gifts, clothing, food and most of all, your love. You opened your home to nieces and nephews for work and school. Neighbours and friends loved you so much as well. Not just your generosity from a monetary perspective, but you wore your heart on your sleve. Always happy to share stories in your community. People were drawn to your kindness, your great advice and love to anyone who asked.

It was tough to see your pain when Aunty Dena passed on. Great memories are forever. I still share daily stories with you guys. I will until the day I pass. I will never forget what transpired through the course of that time.

My first memories of pre school or a daycare at Port moody bowling lanes. Someone, not saying who, had a bit of separation issues. I had a sore stomach or got my head stuck in a chair to bring you back to me. Ok, the fire department had to be called but was not the desired affect. 😁 No matter what silly things we did in our childhood to teen years to adult hood. Your unconditional love for your family was inspiring and we instill your values in our own families to this day. You always deserved nothing but the best in return. We took it to the max for you and Dad in your final days. The many camping trips over the years, family days at the beach or shared time at home. So many great memories to reflect.

Forever in our Hearts ♥️

Happy Birthday Mom,

It gives us comfort you are with Dad again. Your shared love for each other that dated back to grade 4 and then later on for 56 years of marriage. Your commitment to your family will always be remembered. We will see you again one day...

Your Memory A Treasure,

You Are Loved Beyond Words,

Mother's hold their children's hands for a while, but their hearts forever. I truly never learned what the words 'I miss you' were until I reached for my mom's hand and it wasn't there. In life, we loved you dearly, in death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a place, no one else will ever fill.

Happy Mother’s Day birthday in Heaven! ♥️💐♥️💐♥️💐

Love from your Son’s, Jason and Drew.

Forever in our hearts… Forever Missed!

Someone once told me that time was a predator that stalked us all our lives. I rather believe that time is a companion who goes with us on a journey and reminds us to cherish every moment, because it will never come again. What we leave behind is not as important as how we lived. We are honored and blessed to have gone through the journey with you. How you lived your life is reflective of who we are today. We are forever grateful.

One year today Mom since your passing. Memories of you will never pass. In our hearts forever!

Love Jason and Drew xoxoxoxo
