* Get moving! Look on YouTube for free workouts *

* Have a virtual pajama party...turn up the music and dance *

* Have an indoor picnic *

* Meditation is a great way to calm your mind *

* Have a “make your own pizza night”
Cook up an amazing pizza and post your creation on Instagram *

* Watch a documentary about something you have never heard of *

* Planting a garden is a great way to ease stress and calm the mind *

* Start a Gratitude Journal. Write down 3 things you are grateful for every 24 hours. Then write 3 things you are looking forward to in the next 24 hours *

* Have a spa day at home and pamper yourself! *

* Organize a treasure hunt at home *

* Wash all the windows in your home & vehicle. Although this may not be fun to do...it sure feels great when its done! *
